One of the most important aspects of using tangible heritage in the field of historic buildings is to pay attention to their sphere of influence and valuable assets in terms of culture, art and society. Meanwhile, the issue of adapting these cultural elements to the needs of different time periods has become a challenging area in the process of part of the interventions in this field. The need for an efficient and holistic process in the field of physical interventions in tangible heritage has become more important than these interventions. Accordingly, the present study seeks to investigate this area in a case study of the holy shrine of Razavi with the aim of identifying and reporting the policy process of physical interventions in the surrounding context and identifying its effects on the social arena of neighbors. In this way, it seeks to answer the key question of how the tangible and intangible heritage of the holy shrine of Razavi has been present in the process of re-creation and physical intervention of the restorations. For this purpose, using the qualitative research method, library resources have been collected and their interpretive analysis has been done for the purpose of comparative study.
